Welcome to Key Largo

Wow, what a place. We stayed in this amazing house on 4 acres (that is for sale, by the way, for about 4.5 mil), perfectly landscaped, with docks right on the Gulf. I could have stayed there forever. As Russell put it, it was like a Corona commercial. A scene that we thought only existed on TV. Here's a little bit of the place:

Our first day there, we went for happy hour at Gilbert's, one of the most popular biker spots in the Keys. Apparently, bikers are a fixture in the Keys, and they're cool, and they have some of the nicest boats around and know all the best spots. We danced, had dacquiris. Riley was a little overwhelmed at first, but in no time, was shaking her bum-bum all over the place.

Here is Riley with her (virgin) dacquiri, a messy proposition by mommy, since after this sip, the rest of the frozen concoction ended up on my lap and her new white shoes:

Here is a little bit of video from Gilbert's:

Later in the week, we went to the Theater of the Sea. It was such a beautiful place (although the weather that day was hot as hell), and Riley had an absolute BALL. She loved all the sea animals, and she even mimicked the dolphins when they made their squeals. She sounded just like them, and everyone was laughing at her!

Another messy proposition, this time credit goes to grammy, during the dolphin show:

Here is a little sample of her watching the show, where daddy was featured as a dolphin kisser. That was a huge hit with Riley, which made her squeal like a dolphin!

And of course, after every event (and non-event) on vacation, happy hour ensues. Today's happy hour was at a sports bar (I don't remember the name), but the view was infinitely better than the frozen drinks at that place.
